I couldn't resist including this shot of the rare "4-winged, 4-footed" Snow Goose. We did see a fair number of Snow Geese (representing the early phase of their migration), with one large "cloud" of them passing over us one time, reminding me of our experience at Bosque del Apache. They landed quite far away at Bear Swamp pond, so I wasn't able to get any decent landing shots. But I did get some "flyover" shots like the one here. I didn't realize until I reviewed the images that evening that I had a 'rare' capture! (No Photoshop manipulation beyond the usual curves, levels, sharpening, etc., was done here; just a fortuitous shot!)
